A mailbox that belongs to your organisation.

Your organisation can receive as well as send. Other senders address its CAC number; the documents arrive in its own Keepable mailbox, where authorised people can open and handle its correspondence.

What you do with it

Let documents come to the company

Contracts, statements and letters arrive addressed to the organisation, rather than relying on one person’s inbox. Give a sender the company’s CAC number when they need to reach its active Keepable mailbox.

Put correspondence in the right hands

Authorised members open the company mailbox through their own Keepable accounts. Access is checked against their active membership; knowing the CAC number does not grant access to the company’s documents.

Give sending and receiving their own place

Compose and send in Workspace. Open received correspondence in the Keepable app. Mailbox access is assigned separately from Workspace roles, so a place on the sending team does not automatically open the inbox.

Your company’s identity. Its own correspondence.

Addressed by CAC

The CAC number identifies the receiving organisation; it is not a password or access credential.

Access by membership

Only people with active, authorised mailbox access can open its received documents.

Separate from sending roles

Workspace team roles and company mailbox access serve different jobs and are managed separately.

Questions and answers

Can a company receive documents from other organisations?

Yes. A sender can address an eligible organisation’s active Keepable mailbox by its CAC number.

Where do we read incoming documents?

In the Keepable recipient app. Workspace’s organisation inbox link takes you to the receiving app, which checks your own sign-in and mailbox access.

Does being on our Workspace team give someone mailbox access?

No. Workspace roles do not automatically grant company mailbox access. The person also needs an active, authorised mailbox membership.

Does every CAC registration qualify for a company mailbox?

Organisation mailboxes currently support RC, IT and LLP registrations. BN and LP registrations do not qualify for this mailbox setup.

Can someone open our inbox if they know our CAC number?

No. The number identifies the organisation for addressing. Opening its mailbox requires an authenticated Keepable account and active, authorised membership.

The limit

The organisation needs an eligible, active Keepable mailbox before it can receive. A CAC registration alone does not create one, and mailbox access is separate from your organisation’s Workspace sending roles.
