Can we send to anyone in Nigeria?
Recipients need a Keepable account. For postcode delivery, they also need a home saved in the selected location when you send. Keepable is in its early launch; start with a defined group of customers, staff or residents you can help onboard.
What if a person hasn’t joined yet?
Issue a claim code and share it through a channel you already use to reach them. They join Keepable and claim the document with a verified name that matches the name you supplied. Keepable does not deliver the claim code for you.
Can our business receive documents too?
Yes. An eligible organisation has its own Keepable mailbox, addressed by its CAC number. Authorised members open received correspondence in the Keepable app. Workspace sending roles and mailbox access are managed separately.
Does a postcode prove someone lives there?
No. The NIPOST postcode identifies a place. A Keepable home is self-declared and confirmed with a passkey; it is not proof of occupancy. People who join or save a home there after a notice is sent do not receive that earlier notice.
Can a notice to an area contain personal information?
Not when addressed to all residents. Those notices must be suitable for every recipient and contain no personal or confidential information. Use person addressing for an individual’s document. A named building delivery additionally requires a matching verified name and a saved home at that building.
Does this send physical post?
No. Keepable delivers digital documents to Keepable accounts. NIPOST digital postcodes let you select the place those accounts have saved as home.
