Accessibility
Keepable aims to meet WCAG 2.2 AA across every surface: the marketing site, the recipient web and mobile apps, the sender portal, and the documentation. We treat accessibility as a standing goal rather than a one-time audit, and we handle reported barriers as bugs.
How we work toward it
- We design against WCAG 2.2 AA: sufficient colour contrast, visible focus states, semantic structure, and keyboard operability.
- We check our work with automated accessibility tooling and manual keyboard and screen-reader review during development.
- We are expanding automated accessibility checks in our continuous-integration pipeline so regressions are caught before release.
Known limitations
We are still closing gaps against the AA target and have not yet completed a formal third-party accessibility audit. If a specific screen or feature does not meet the standard, we want to hear about it so we can prioritise a fix.
Reporting issues
If you encounter a barrier using Keepable with assistive technology, please tell us at accessibility@keepable.co and we’ll acknowledge within two business days.
