Organisations are checked before they can send through Keepable. Your own uploads stay clearly distinct. Postcode notices reach accounts with a home saved in that location when the notice is sent.

Letters arrive when a registered organisation sends them to your verified identity through Keepable. With a home postcode saved, you can also receive notices addressed to your building, postal area, district or local government area. You can start storing your own documents straight away.
Find your building’s digital postcode with NIPOST, then save it as your home in Keepable and confirm with your passkey. Your home is self-declared; the postcode does not prove you live there. You receive notices sent while your home is saved there, rather than earlier notices.
Yes. You can download your documents whenever you need them.
No. Keepable can show whether your upload has changed since you added it. It cannot establish where you got it.
