For you

What arrives, what needs you, and what stays.

Start with the inbox, then see how signing, forms, consent, your own documents, sharing, and identity checks work. Each page also says where the feature stops.

  1. 01

One inbox for mail sent through Keepable

See what arrived, who sent it, and which items need something from you.

  2. 02

Check who sent it and whether it changed

Items sent through Keepable are sealed when they arrive, and anyone holding a copy can check them.

  3. 03

Sign and keep the signed copy

Read the document, sign where it asks, and keep the sealed result beside the original.

  4. 04

Fill in a form or send a file back

Answer what was asked, attach a document if needed, and review everything before sending.

  5. 05

Review and answer a consent request

See who is asking, what they want to do, and for how long. Keep the receipt whether you say yes or no.

  6. 06

    Keep your own documents too

Add a file from your phone, remove hidden photo location data where possible, and organise it into a folder.

  7. 07

Let someone you trust help with your mailbox

Give them read access, let them organise items if you choose, and end their access whenever you want.

  8. 08

How Keepable checks that the mailbox is yours

Your NIN and face are checked during setup. After that, your passkey signs you in.

Sending to people rather than receiving? There is a version of this for the other side of it. See what you can send .
