When you submit a service request, it becomes a case you can follow. See its status, receive updates, respond when something is needed and keep the final outcome beside everything that led to it.

Track
The reference opens the whole history
See what you submitted, which organisation has the case, its current status and every update. You do not have to join a phone call to an email thread to work out what is happening.
Respond
What needs you is clear
If the organisation asks a question or needs another document, signature, consent or decision, the action appears inside the case. Your response returns to the same record.
Keep
The outcome does not disappear when the case closes
The final response stays with the request, messages and supporting documents. You can return to the matter later with the record in front of you.
A request should not become a search across calls, chats and inboxes.
- One reference
- The same case carries the request from submission to outcome.
- One status
- See whether it is submitted, being handled, waiting on you or complete.
- One history
- Messages, files and decisions stay with the matter they belong to.
Kúlẹ̀kúlẹ̀
- What is a case in Keepable?
- It is the complete record of one service request between you and an organisation. It starts when you submit the request and carries the reference, correspondence, actions and outcome that follow.
- How will I know when something needs me?
- The case shows its current status and any outstanding action. The request itself says whether you need to answer, attach a file, sign, grant or decline permission, or make another decision.
- Can an organisation start a case with me?
- An organisation can reach you with correspondence that may ask for a response. A service case begins from a submitted service request; the two interaction paths can be related without pretending they are the same thing.
- Can somebody help me with a case?
- You can give a trusted person reading access to your personal Keepable, which includes the case and the material in it. They cannot sign, consent, decline or submit as you, and you can end their access.
- Does Keepable decide the outcome?
- No. The organisation handling the service makes its own decision. Keepable keeps the interaction and its record together; it does not promise a particular result or response time.
Ààlà
A case makes the work visible; it does not make an organisation approve a request or resolve it by a particular date. Timelines and outcomes remain the responsibility of the organisation handling the service.
