Choose the person.Choose how to reach them.

Address one person by NIN or email, a company by CAC number, or use a claim code when the recipient has not opened a Keepable yet. In a batch, each row resolves on its own and unsuccessful deliveries are refunded when the send closes.

Whichever you hold. A row that cannot be matched is rejected on its own, carrying your reference, and the other nine thousand go.

  1. Reach

You reach the person, not the SIM that used to be theirs

A phone number is a lease, not an identity. After 360 days of silence it goes back on sale, and the next person to hold it starts receiving your customer's mail. Since July 2026 the CBN no longer treats a number as proof of who somebody is either.

  2. Refuse

You stop paying for sends that were never going to land

SMS bills you per attempt, whether it arrived, whether it was read, whether the number still belongs to anybody. Here the run is reserved in one debit and every recipient it could not reach is refunded when it closes, which makes the invoice a count of deliveries rather than a count of hopes.

  3. Search

You send to your own staff without handing us your staff list

Look up a colleague in the staff directory you already run, using your own sign-in, at the moment you type. The result is never stored: a person becomes a row here on the day they first sign in, and not before.

360 days

of silence before a phone number is resold to a stranger, who then receives the mail.

What verified means
A NIN matched at NIMC and a passed liveness check. It is the only way into a personal Keepable.
What you can address with
NIN, email, CAC number, a claim code you hand over yourself, or a person in your own directory.
What a miss costs
Nothing. Undeliverable recipients are refunded when the run closes.

The detail

What actually is the claim code?
Twelve characters in three groups behind a KPC prefix, drawn from a 27-symbol alphabet with every confusable character removed: no O against 0, no I or L against 1, no U against V. That is about 57 bits, from the system's cryptographic random source, derived from nothing about the person. It is meant to be read off a screen and typed somewhere else.
What stops somebody else redeeming a code they got hold of?
The code on its own does not open anything. Whoever redeems it has to be NIN-verified, and their verified name has to agree with the name you declared. Every word you wrote must appear in the NIMC record, so Okafor alone will not redeem a code you issued for Chukwuemeka Okafor, while Chukwuemeka Nnamdi Okafor will. It runs one way only: their record may carry names you never knew, you cannot introduce one it lacks.
Is the name match fuzzy? Nigerian names get written six ways.
It absorbs the six ordinary ones: word order, a middle name on one side only, case, punctuation, missing diacritics, and a given name shortened by dropping its leading particle, so Babatunde matches Tunde and Oluwaseun matches Seun. That last tolerance applies only when the surname already matches exactly. There is no edit distance and no phonetics, so a genuine misspelling fails. Void it and reissue.
How long does a code last, and can I cancel one?
It stays live until it is redeemed, until you void it, or until the file's own expiry passes, whichever comes first. Voiding clears the value from the record, so a database dump never carries a live secret for a deposit that is already closed. Reissuing mints a fresh one.
How do I get the code to the customer?
You do, over whatever channel already reaches them: the SMS you were going to send anyway, WhatsApp, the branch counter, the foot of an invoice. Keepable does not deliver it. You pull the whole set as a CSV carrying the code, the declared name, your own reference and the state of each one, and re-join it to your records.
What happens to a row I addressed wrongly?
A recipient that fails validation is rejected on its own at the moment you send, carrying the position in your list and your reference for that person, and the rest of the batch goes. One mistyped row in a payroll file does not stop ten thousand payslips.

The limit

An email address matches a person, it does not hold a place for one, so an address nobody has claimed is not yet a mailbox. And Keepable cannot reach somebody who has never opened one. That is what the claim code is for: you hand it over the way you already reach that customer, and it opens their Keepable at your document.
