    Name the request in the words people already use, explain who can start it, and put the form and supporting-document requirements in one place.

    Give the service a trusted home

    The service appears on your verified organisation page rather than on a link somebody has to trust because it carries your logo. Visibility and eligibility remain separate controls.

    Receive every submitted request as a case

    Your team receives the request, the submitter's verified context and the attached documents together. An unfinished form does not appear as a case or create work for your team.

The detail

Can a service be open to people and organisations?
Yes. A service can accept verified individuals, verified organisations, both, or selected verified organisations. Who can discover it and who is eligible to submit are enforced as separate rules.
What happens when somebody starts but does not submit?
Their unfinished intake remains a draft for them. It does not appear in your case list, and your team does not receive a partial request as if it were ready to handle.
Can I change a published service?
You can update what future applicants see and submit. Existing cases keep the context of the request that opened them, so a later edit does not rewrite work already in progress.
Does verification mean Keepable endorses our service?
No. Verification confirms the organisation's registered identity and the authority of the people operating its account. It does not replace any sector licence or endorse the service itself.
Do I get a directory of Keepable users?
No. Publishing a service makes the service discoverable to its audience; it does not expose a customer roster or let your organisation browse Nigerians and their data.

The limit

Keepable provides the trusted place to publish and receive the request. Your organisation remains responsible for the service description, eligibility, lawful data collection, handling time and final outcome.
