Reach the right person. Prove every delivery.

Email lands in spam. SMS gets muted. Phone numbers get recycled to strangers. Deliver your documents, requests and consent to a verified person instead, each one sealed the moment it lands and independently verifiable.

You sent it. They say they never got it.

Email, SMS and paper were never built to prove anything. Sending was cheap, but denying is free: when a customer disputes a notice, a statement or a demand letter, it's your word against theirs, and yours is the one on a deadline.

  1. The SMS channel is retiring itself

Alerts cost ₦6 a message, and banks now invite customers to switch them off for free email. Since July 2026, the CBN's own device-binding rules stop treating a phone number as identity. The channel you pay for is the one the system is leaving behind.

  2. 'I never received it'

A missed notice, a disputed statement, a quit notice served into the wrong hands. NIBSS ranks impersonation of institutions as the top fraud technique in Nigerian payments, and without proof of delivery every dispute is your word against theirs, ending with a scene at the branch.

  3. Consent you can't prove is a fine waiting to happen

The NDPC fined MultiChoice ₦766m for processing data without consent, then opened investigations into 1,369 organisations in a single sweep, 795 of them financial institutions. Audit returns fall due every 31 March.

Whoever you are in the building, 'I never received it' lands on your desk in a different uniform. One rail answers all of them.

Banks & fintechs

Disputed debits and charge notices resolve at the evidence: delivered, opened, sealed. The 72-hour clock stops being a threat when the answer is a lookup.

Statements · mandates · charge notices

Insurers & HMOs

Most 'denied claims' are really notice failures. Policies, exclusions and renewal notices land sealed, so every claim conversation starts from what was actually received.

Policy documents · exclusions · renewal notices

Employers & HR

Offer letters candidates can verify really came from you, contracts that come back as covenants, and payslips that live in each employee's own vault through every visa season to come.

Schools & universities

Results and transcripts delivered sealed to the graduate and verifiable by any institution on earth, and fee letters that reach the parent directly, never through the school bag.

One channel from your system to the right person, and back.

Keepable carries the delivery, the action it asks for, and the proof, together on one rail.

  1. 01

    Send through one API

Choose the person, the document, and the action you need: read, sign, complete or consent.

  2. 02

    We reach the verified person

The delivery resolves to their NIN-anchored Keepable, not a number that might have changed hands.

  3. 03

They act in a place they trust

They read, sign, fill in the form or give consent, with no separate link or login to distrust.

  4. 04

It all stays on the record

The delivery, the decision and the seal stay bound together in one verifiable record.

One integration covers every important delivery, and every response comes back with proof that holds up.

Documents, decisions and consent, on one rail.

Statements, agreements, forms and consent are not separate products. They are different things you can deliver down the same trusted path.

Proof of delivery
Every item goes to a verified identity and is sealed the moment it lands. Your system gets a delivery event; your dashboard shows delivery and open rates. The dispute ends at the evidence, not at the refund.
Signatures that hold
Every signature is recorded with a tamper-evident trail, and the signed covenant comes back as a PAdES-signed PDF: an advanced electronic signature with a trusted timestamp, admissible under Nigeria's Evidence Act and verifiable on its own. A signature given here is hard to disown.
Consent on record
Every consent decision is sealed with its lawful basis, and exports into a Nigerian compliance audit return.
Reach without the paper
No printing, no ₦3,000 dispatch runs, no branch queue. One integration replaces the lot, one delivery at a time or in a batch.

What a message costs, and what it proves.

Channel Cost Reaches a verified person Proof of delivery Legal weight
Keepable Per delivered document, priced by volume Yes, anchored to the NIN Sealed, independently verifiable Court-admissible evidence
SMS ₦6 per attempt, delivered or not A SIM that may have changed hands Nothing the recipient can't deny Weak

Dispatch rider ₦3,000–12,000 per run Whoever opens the gate A signature, if you're lucky Contested in court daily

SMS pricing reflects bank alert fees since May 2025; dispatch pricing reflects Lagos courier rates.
